Next Steps for Homeowners

You’ve submitted your Homeowner Intake Form. Let’s continue below.

We review submissions as time and capacity allow, and there is no guarantee of any response. If your situation appears to match our focus, you may receive an email with questions or referrals to legal resources. If you are in an active foreclosure, consider contacting a local attorney or legal aid organization immediately.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and submitting the intake form does not create an attorney–client relationship.

If you’re seeing repeated foreclosure attempts, confusing assignments, or pressure to sign modifications, you’re not imagining it. We’ve seen these patterns before.

  • Copies of all summons/complaints and any Notice of Default / Notice of Intent to Foreclose
  • Any loan modification offers or agreements (even if unsigned)
  • Assignment documents or anything showing the loan changing hands
  • Latest court documents or letters from the bank’s attorneys
  • Any photos, notes, or logs of visits / “vacant” or “abandoned” claims
  • We don’t act as your lawyer or give legal advice.
  • We do help you see the patterns (service, assignments, timelines, pressure tactics) so you can ask sharper questions and find aligned counsel.

If your situation lines up with the patterns we focus on, you may receive an email with follow-up questions, or referrals to resources that fit your state and stage.
