If you’re seeing repeated foreclosure attempts, confusing assignments, or pressure to sign modifications, you’re not imagining it. We’ve seen these patterns before.
Section 2 – What to gather next
- Copies of all summons/complaints and any Notice of Default / Notice of Intent to Foreclose
- Any loan modification offers or agreements (even if unsigned)
- Assignment documents or anything showing the loan changing hands
- Latest court documents or letters from the bank’s attorneys
- Any photos, notes, or logs of visits / “vacant” or “abandoned” claims
